This means that for a given circuit, customer, costs, revenue, and address information have to be in sync across all systems. The web-based On-Demand solution offers service providers the ability to cleanse and correlate circuit information that is present in multiple systems such as inventory, billing, and vendor invoices to ensure that all circuits are accounted for and matched. In addition to matching circuit data using key fields, Razorsight Inventory Analytics uses the latest data cleansing and matching algorithms (e.g., fuzzy logic and grouping) to match records based on a similarity and confidence interval. This is extremely useful to match records that should be the same, but are different because of data entry errors or data migration and upgrade related errors.
