Charlie Thomas, Chief Executive Officer

Photo of Charlie Thomas Charlie Thomas joined Razorsight's board in April 2004, and became CEO in February 2005. In his first two years, Charlie has led Razorsight to strong growth resulting in a #8 ranking on Deloitte's Virginia Fast 50 and a #114 ranking on Deloitte's National Fast 500 list. He's also established very strategic partnerships between Razorsight and IBM, ACS and BearingPoint. Charlie has co-founded, grown and sold 3 companies over the last decade, and he has negotiated over $1 Billion in capital financings for his companies. He has successfully closed over 15 M&A transactions. Prior to Razorsight, Charlie founded and grew Claris Capital, a boutique investment bank, from 2002 to 2005. Charlie co-founded an Internet Service Provider which later sold to Verio and a Professional Services firm that sold to Private Equity firm GTCR. In 1993 Charlie founded Net2000 Communications, a broadband telecommunications carrier, and led the company as CEO for nine years from start-up to an IPO led by Goldman Sachs in March 2000 with an initial market cap over $1.5 billion. Net2000 grew to $150 million in revenue and over 1,000 employees before being acquired by Cavalier Telephone in 2002.

Net2000 was named to Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500" as one of the fastest growing private companies in America in 1999 and was also named to Deloitte's Fast 500 in 1998, 1999, and 2000. Net2000 was in the Top 10 of Washington Technology's Fast 50, and Washingtonian magazine rated Net2000 as one of the Top 50 places to work. The company was featured on several national news segments including NBC, CBS, MSNBC and CNN.

Charlie has also held sales and marketing positions with IBM and Bell Atlantic. Charlie serves on several corporate boards. Charlie is author of a book "Entrepreneur: A CEO's Lessons in American Capitalism" which was published in May 2005 (www.ceolessons.com). Charlie graduated from the University of Virginia where he played baseball.

Suren Nathan, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Photo of Suren Nathan Suren Nathan brings 16 years of leadership, engineering, operations and a rich expertise in telecommunications to Razorsight. He is a proven expert in OSS/BSS, telecommunications financial metrics, Business intelligence and large scale business intelligence and analytics solutions. His key strength is in bridging business imperatives to technology solutions and strategy.

Previously, Suren was a founding partner at SingleTusk solutions where he was responsible for the overall telecom practice that served many large and small service providers with innovative cost, revenue and margin analytics solutions. Prior to that he was a co-founder and CTO of Step 9 Software, a venture backed OSS product company that offered order management and process centric solutions to the CLEC industry.

Suren has extensive expertise in diverse disciplines that include Software Architecture and Design, Global Operations, Product Management, and Professional Services, having worked for such world class organizations as Architel Systems and Bell Atlantic Corp. He has BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and an MS degree in Biomedical Engineering Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore.

Frank Culkin, Vice President, Client Services

Photo of Frank Culkin Frank Culkin brings over 15 years of account management, sales and operations expertise to Razorsight, having served in key leadership roles for innovative software companies and large communications providers. Frank is responsible for leading the daily servicing and management of Razorsight's large and diverse customer base and will play a key role in translating customer needs into future product enhancements.

Most recently, Frank played a key client delivery role with Ventraq (formerly 10e Solutions) as Vice President - Account Management, where he led the support and growth of their revenue and data analytics solutions at leading global clients. Previously, Frank served in various leadership roles with industry giants such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Qwest Communications, LCI, MCI and Martin Dawes (formerly Lavastorm). Frank has been a featured speaker and sought after subject matter expert at many industry conferences.

Frank received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and resides in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Kathleen Moore, Chief Financial Officer

Photo of Kathleen Moore Kathleen Moore brings extensive experience in financial management from both large and small organizational environments in the global communications industry. As Chief Financial Officer at Razorsight, Kathleen is responsible for driving the company's accounting management, corporate governance and strategic finance initiatives.

Previously, Kathleen served as vice president and chief financial officer for Innovectra. Before Innovectra, Kathleen served as vice president of finance and administration for Wisor Telecom. Prior to that, she served as vice president of finance at Net2000 Communications, and has held senior management positions in finance at Qwest Communication and MCI. Kathleen received her BS in Accounting from George Mason University. She also successfully completed her CPA examination in the State of Virginia.

Steve Fitzgerald, Senior Vice President Product Development

Photo of Steve Fitzgerald Steve Fitzgerald brings over 23 years of experience in the software field. Prior to joining Razorsight, Steve was Vice President of Software Development at SoftMed, a leading provider of integrated health information management (HIM) software. In this capacity, Steve was responsible for managing all facets of software development, which included product design, development and quality assurance. In nine years at SoftMed, he led the development of over 25 products. SoftMed was acquired by 3M.

Prior to joining SoftMed, Steve was employed for 15 years at PDS a leading developer of client/server software solutions. In this capacity, Steve held a similar position where he managed all aspects of Product Development, Testing, Distribution and Documentation. Steve held a position on the board of directors; chairperson of the company's Product Control Steering Committee and was on the advisory board of Centura Software Corporation. His other professional experience was as a Systems Analyst at Shared Medical System in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Steve holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He also earned a Computer Science degree from the Maxwell Institute in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Michael Bunyard, Vice President, Marketing

Photo of Michael Bunyard Michael Bunyard brings over 20 years of product management and marketing expertise to Razorsight. Mr. Bunyard is responsible for developing Razorsight's go to market strategy, marketing communications and overall global distribution strategy globally.

Prior to Razorsight, Michael was Senior Director, Products at Fiserv Corporation where he was responsible for the company's fraud mitigation solutions. Prior to Fiserv, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Voyence, a network configuration management software vendor recently acquired by EMC. Prior to Voyence, Michael was VP Product Management at MetaSolv, later acquired by Oracle.

Michael earned a MBA from St. Mary's College in California as well as a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry.

Marc Bandini, Vice President, Sales

Photo of Marc Bandini Marc brings 20 years of sales and management experience to the Razorsight team. Before joining Razorsight, Marc helped lead the recovery and growth of Wisor Telecom as a key executive. As EVP of Global Sales & Business Development Marc drove substantial revenue growth in a few short years and best positioned Wisor to successfully exit via the sale to Synchronoss.

In the early 2000's, Marc was an executive at an early-stage data storage firm in Silicon Valley responsible for building sales channels and strategic relationships resulting in rapid revenue growth of over $20M. Earlier in Marc's career, he had many successful years selling and managing sales organizations for AT&T and NCR.

Marc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and currently lives in Maryland with his wife and two sons.
